Short Documentary On Former Eagles Owner Leonard Tose Is A Must Watch For Any Birds Fan

Leonard Tose was before my time, but the way old school Birds fans like my Pops talks about him in the glory days, I wish this drunken, womanizing, gambler was still running this ship. Tose loved his guys and would do anything to win. It wasn’t about the bottom dollar (until the AC Casinos took all of his money and he was forced to sell the team…and give more money to the Tropicana), it was about the victories and relationships. Sure, a lot of it was an insecurity to be well liked, but dammit, Tose talked the talk and walked the walk. Jeffrey Lurie and any other owner in the NFL couldn’t match the bravado this man brought to the game. Norman Braman, however, was not before my time. And he sucked the sweat off a dead man’s balls. ANYONE who lets Reggie White walk away in his prime deserves to be deported from Earth. So thanks for looking out and making Tose sell the squad, AC. Way to be a team player.
