Saloon Giving Away Mets Tickets To Game 1 Of The NLCS After deGrom Beats The Dodgers In LA
Well it wouldnt be the Mets if they didnt make it absolutely as hard as possible. And yea, the prospect of Greinke in LA is daunting, but are people forgetting Jacob deGrom is on the hill? The clear, undipsuted, #1 ace of the hardest throwing pitching staff in Major League History? deGrom went pitch for pitch with Greinke for the vast majority of the year. There is legitimately nobody else in baseball I would rather be on the bump right now for this elimination game. Its going to be a pitching duel for the ages tomorrow in Los Angeles.
One that I am supremely confident the Mets win. A righty back on the hill for the Dodgers opens things up big time for the Mets lineup. Its going to be ace vs ace matching zeros and whoever can pop 1 or 2 out and put a couple runs on the board is gonna win this game. You just gotta have faith that one our bats – responsible for one of the best offenses in the National League the second half of the season – are gonna push a couple across.
And when they do, Saloon is hooking someone up with tickets to Game 1, Mets vs Cubs at Citi Field in New York. Legit one of the hottest tickets of all time. Doors open at 5pm tomorrow and the first 100 people through the door get entered into the raffle to win. Email management@saloonnyc to get on the list and then make sure you’re one of the first people there for the Game 5 Watch Party. As per usual, outstanding open bar deals:
$40 open bar including all beer and premium liquor begins with first pitch and runs until final out. If you get there early for the tickets and would like to do an open bar leading up to first pitch, its $10 per hour each hour prior to the game. Head over at 5, enter the raffle, and drink for dirt cheap for your Thursday happy hour leading up to the game.
Saloon is on 84th and York.
