Roger Goodell Hasn't Decided Whether He's Gonna Release The Data From Testing PSI's Randomly This Season

Monday Morning QB - I think one thing I heard out of the league meetings in New York last week disturbed me. Commissioner Roger Goodell was asked if the data from testing air pressure in footballs in random games this fall will be released to the public. “I don’t know,” he replied. In the random games, the league is testing the air pressure of the footballs before the game (as always) and then again at halftime. Officials will log the data, then remove those balls from play. In the second half, 12 backup balls per team will be used, and then those balls will be gauged and the measurements logged after the game. Goodell said before the Wells report was released that the league would be totally transparent and we would know what Wells knew when Wells finished the report. So why is this different? I can guess. The NFL wants to reserve the right to not issue the measurements if it makes the league’s case against Tom Brady look bad.

This is so Roger Goodell it hurts. Will you release the data about how footballs deflate naturally? Well if it makes Brady look bad then yes. But if it re-confirms that he is innocent we’ll probably just bury it and pretend we never did the tests in the first place. Just some more unbiased investigations by the good old NFL. Seriously can somebody tell this buffoon he lost already? Tom Brady’s 4 game suspension just ended. The only problem is he played in all 4 games. The Patriots are 4-0 and on their way to 19-0. Tom Brady is the MVP of the league. Goodell is a joke. The entire world knows Deflategate was a sting. The league’s credibility is at an all time low. Nobody has ever received a bigger beatdown than what Tom put on the commissioner. Yet Goodell still doesn’t get it. He is still doing shit like this. It’s over Roger! You lost.  A people should know when they are conquered. This would be like Japan still acting like they could win the war after Hiroshima. It’s over.
