David Spade is truly a national treasure. He really, really is. All he does it make funny movies* and bang playmates. That’s literally his entire life. He doesn’t pretend to be anything he’s not. He doesn’t go and try to make serious movies to prove he’s some great actor or any of that bullshit. He’s David Fucking Spade and he knows it.
 

* I don’t blame him for Grown Ups or Grown Ups 2. I don’t really blame any of them. I’ve talked about it before but it is truly amazing what those guys did with those two movies. Two of the worst movies ever and it made them so, so, so, so much money. They knew all they had to do was make a cliche, awful, horrendous, family-friendly movie and they’d get to hang out together for a few months while doing it. And then when it was done, they don’t edit it or any of that, they just cash a check larger than the GDP of Guam and then start planning on how to do it again. It’s actually genius.
