The Hawk Tuah Girl's Crypto Memecoin Project Has Been Officially Sued After Investors Accused Them Of A Rugpull That Lost The Coin 95% In Value Immediately

Hailey Welch’s “Hawk Tuah” crypto project sued after the group was accused of “rug pulling” investors when the token tanked 95%. Investors say the lawsuit “arises from the unlawful promotion and sale of the Hawk Tuah cryptocurrency memecoin…” Named in the lawsuit are the ‘Tuah The Moon Foundation,’ OverHere Ltd and executive, Clinton So, along with the meme coin's promoter, Alex Larson Schultz, according to Newsweek. "Many of the investors were first-time cryptocurrency participants drawn to the project through Welch's involvement,” the lawsuit says. “The rapid decline in the Token's value caused substantial damages to investors who relied on Welch's participation and the project's stated road map.”

So we've covered the Hawk Tuah memecoin alleged rugpull a few times on this blog in the last week:

In case you were wondering, it's now been two weeks since the Hawk Tuah girl has made any public post after she went to bed in the middle of her Twitter space where they were trying to ease investors that lost it all. The bad news is that a lawsuit has officially been filed and people want their money back. If I know one thing about memecoins, there's a greater chance that Mintzy goes two weeks without fucking up than you getting your money back. This isn't the first time there's been lawsuits over crypto (read: Dave getting sued for his "involvement" in SafeMoon which was literally just him throwing a dart at a board to figure out what crypto he wanted to invest in and he ended up losing every single penny he put in and had zero to do with the project), nor will it be the last.

Is this the time that the law does its thing and actually holds influencers accountable for launching these scam coins that are all over Twitter every single day? Probably not, so you should just invest with extreme caution anyway. And the more we go through this situation the more I think that the Hawk Tuah girl got absolutely fucked by some "crypto genius" who probably messaged her and said she can make a risk-free million dollars just by making a coin. Does that matter in the eyes of the law? I'm not a lawyer but I don't think so, but if nothing happens here, then maybe it is just a free-for-all and I will be launching my completely non-Barstool affiliated, solely personal brand of $KARIMcoin soon. More to come.
