I Have Made A Massive Bet

I know what you are thinking, show the slip. Well that's the thing there's no slip and there's no money. This is pride and backing of my favorite team my favorite Coach, Nate Oats and the Alabama Crimson Tide. If you listen to Pick Em you are familiar with it but here's the clip from last week laying out the terms. 

If Alabama makes the Final Four, I get to fly first class to the Final Four, stay in Dave and Dan's hotel and they have to attend the Pumps Party with me. The Pumps Party is the go-to party at the Final Four for all the coaches and assistant coaches in college basketball. Dave has said there is nothing on earth he would rather do less. 

If Alabama doesn't make the Final Four, I have to ride a bus to San Antonio. 40 Hours. On a Bus. 

After this week's Pick Em, the terms have officially been sorted out. It's all of the above, but additionally Max and Jacky Tables aka Jack McCarthy has to ride the bus from Chicago to San Antonio to the Final Four. 

Same deal if they don't make it. 

Now you may be sitting there thinking this man is crazy, which in fairness you probably already thought anyway. But why on earth would this man take a bet that involves riding a bus 40 hours? And I'll answer that very simply, because I believe in people and this Alabama team is loaded. Nate Oats is one of the greatest coaches in the country, and this team is LOADED. Cliff,Sears, Nelson, Youngblood, Reid, Wrightsell etc. Has depth, shooters, ball handlers … everything. 

The other reason I made this bet is because March is the best time of the year and the streams we do are already insane but this adds a different layer to it and now makes it that much more fun, and exciting. It also adds the element of me vs Dave and Dan and Jack McCarthy and Max, the latter two - two of the biggest trolls we got on the planet. March just got that much more interesting. Content is king and this should be all time content.
