Micah Parsons HATES Mike McCarthy And Ripped Him To Shreds
“Mike can leave and go wherever he wants. Guys I kind of feel bad for (are) guys like Zack Martin & guys who might be on their last year or on their way out. Because that's who I wanted to hold the trophy for. You want to win games & do great things with those type of legends who put in more time and work than Mike McCarthy ever did.”
YOU WANT TO WIN GAMES AND DO GREAT THINGS WITH THOSE TYPE OF LEGENDS WHO PUT IN MORE TIME AND WORK THAN MIKE MCCARTHY EVER DID!!!!!!
Oh my god what a quote from Micah Parsons!!! Like, we all knew Mike McCarthy is a shitty coach. That's not new information. We all knew the only reason he's the coach in Dallas is because Jerry Jones won't hire anyone with a spine, and he won't hire anyone who will step up to him or challenge him in anyway. Mike McCarthy is the perfect Jerry Jones head coach. And now we are learning the players fucking hateeeeeeee him. That has to be the most ruthless quote from a player about their active head coach I've ever seen.
As someone who watched Dan Snyder run a franchise into the ground by hiring similar coaches, it's not a shock that 1) the Cowboys are dog shit awful, and 2) the players are rebelling. In some ways, despite McCarthy being a bad coach, it's also not his fault. You cannot succeed as a head coach under Jerry Jones, it's literally impossible. I mean Jerry signed Zeke to be their starting RB for this season! Jerry demanded Zeke get the lion's share of the carries when Pollard was CLEARLY the better RB on the team. Jerry is giving out insane contracts left and right and making horrendous trades...and then somehow McCarthy is supposed to win football games.
I will say this to Micah, who I know is reading this blog: Come to Washington. To a real team, with a real coach who you loved, with a real owner who wants to win, with a real GM who understands roster building. We will accept you in DC with open arms. Come to the good guys.
And as for Mike McCarthy...get ready to learn retirement buddy.
And as for Jerry Jones, please, never change. Keep doing exactly what you're doing, forever. In fact if I was given one wish from a Genie, and I couldn't wish for a million more wishes, I wouldn't wish for money or world peace or anything like that. I'd wish Jerry stopped aging right now and ran the Cowboys this way until the end of time.
