We Have Our First Look at the College Football Playoff Rankings and a 12-Team Bracket

We still have weeks to go and a lot to sort itself out, but we finally have a look at a 12-team College Football Playoff bracket directly from the committee.

Even if you're not the biggest fan of Playoff expansion for any one of a number of reasons — like myself — it's impossible to see some of these matchups and not get a little fired up. Notre Dame playing in Beaver Stadium would be electric. Curt Cignetti leading Indiana into Knoxville in Year One. Texas getting another shot at one of the SEC's big dogs at home. Ashton Jeanty and Boise State going to The Horseshoe. Every one of those games has an incredible storyline.

Obviously, things are not going to shake out exactly like this at the end of the season, but it's clear there is going to be no shortage of electricity come December. Playoff games on campus are going to be unbelievable.

It's nice to see that the voting everyone was talking about today turned out great and people are happy with it.
