20 Years In The Making, Watching LeBron And Bronny James Share The Court In A Regular Season NBA Game Was Worth The Wait

I'm not crying you're crying. This shit means something to me man. Greenie may sue me for copyright but I think my headline is better than "16 Years In The Making, Watching The Celtics Raise Banner 18 To The Rafters Was Worth The Wait". After all, we know the real big moment tonight is what we just witnessed on the court that will likely never happen again. There's a reason every star is out in LA tonight, and the Celtics had *checks notes* superfan Dave and the Big 3 in attendance. No shame to any of those guys, but the real cinema was at Crypto arena tonight.

Love or hate LeBron, this is objectively a cool moment. Year 22 and 20 years into his son being born and he gets to share the court with him. That's the type of shit that brings a tear to a grown man's eye. It doesn't matter if you think Bronny should be sitting in the G League and developing, you get this out of the way and share a cool moment with all the fans on Game 1 of 82. And we're kicking the Timberwolves ass so what a perfect time.

The idea came to reality when there was rumors that Ken Griffey Sr and Jr would be at the game for a photo opp with LeBron and his Bronny. I'm not old enough to remember them going back to back for the Mariners in 1990, so this is infinitely cooler. Besides, this photo will live forever, unlike the Celtics missing what may have been 29 straight 3's after being one away from setting the NBA record for three pointers in a single game:

LeBron even hazed his son before the game in what some are calling the greatest acting performance in modern cinema:

Now that this is over, let's remember what we're here to do and it's to restore some order in Los Angeles as the rightful owners of the NBA. And Bronny take your ass to the G League and let's get you to be the next GOAT.

P.S. Funny is funny:
