Every so often you need a good reminder about Biff Poggi. Dude is the coolest, most unique man in all of college football. Legendary high school football coach, millionaire, was an assistant for Jim Harbaugh at Michigan and does not give a single shit about sleeves or how a shirt fits. He's got a game to coach, you think he's worrying about if the deep V is a tad too deep? Not one iota. 

He doesn't have the easiest job. Charlotte stinks as a football program, but don't tell that to Biff. He knows how to sell and sex always sells. That's probably why he doesn't worry about showing off the arms and chest. Not everyone plays a schedule like Charlotte to start, JMU, UNC, Gardner-Webb (a real powerhouse) and now Indiana. Not worried about a record when he's trying to build a program. Probably why he doesn't care if his hat is on right or if it even fits. Love the guy and he's much needed in a sport where people focus on coaches.
