Ben Affleck Is Rumored To Be "Hanging Out With" Former Presidential Candidate RFK Jr.'s Daughter, Kick Kennedy

Page Six - Ben Affleck is keeping up with the Kennedys.

Kick Kennedy may be best known as a member of the famous family, but the actress made headlines in August 2024 for hanging out with the Oscar winner.

Less than a week after Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from her husband of two years, a source told Page Six exclusively that Kennedy and Affleck had been spotted together.

But what we have here is a nice little completely unsubstantiated rumor for the tickler file. The ink isn't even dry on J-Lo's divorce filings, and Ben Affleck's name is already back in the rumor mill. There might be something to this one as well. Not only did Page Six report that, "They talked to somebody who knows somebody who's wife heard from somebody that said they saw Ben Affleck within a few hundred feet of RFK Jr.'s daughter." But highly credible gossip blog/some chick who runs the Instagram account, Deux Moi, fielded a DM from an exclusive source (i.e. anonymous stranger).

Deux Moi - Just days after Jennifer Lopez served divorce papers to Ben Affleck, the actor has been spotted with a brunette companion. Deuxmoi's exclusive source later identified the brunette to be Kick Kennedy, the 36-year-old daughter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Our source saw the pair exiting the apartment complex of one of Ben's A-list pals.

We even have People magazine getting in on the action.

People - Multiple sources tell PEOPLE that the Gone Girl actor, 52, has been mingling with Kathleen "Kick" Kennedy, one of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s six children. Page Six was first to report the news.

“Kick and Ben have been spending time together, but I'm not sure what's happening,” one source says.

The source notes they do not know when or how the pair first crossed paths, but, “Kick’s celeb crush has always been Ben.” The source describes Kick, an actress and activist, as a a "partier," adding that she “likes to have a good time.”

Depending on how deep you want to go into the rumors, you'll find people like Perez Hilton claiming that Ben Affleck was actually having an affair with Kick during his marriage to J-Lo. Some are even going as far as to say Kick Kennedy is the reason behind Ben and J-Lo's divorce.

Seems a little risky to get in bed with a Kennedy, but they do sound like a hell of a time. Always something fun going on with that family. And Perez Hilton was correct about one thing - Kick Kennedy's last boyfriend did die on his way to rehab while they were dating.

But maybe above all… you have to admit, RFK Jr. as a step-dad would be pretty awesome. You spend a night RFK Jr. sitting around the kitchen table polishing off a fifth of Macallan, he'll probably tell you a dozen unbelievably ridiculous hunting stories (most of which end in Robert and his pals committing a felony) and 5 or 6 highly classified government secrets. 

Or maybe Ben Affleck is angling at a career in politics himself. Apparently he's hinted at it before. As an actor turned movie director, you know Affleck think he's more than qualified for a career in politics. Who's to say in 2028 we don't get a Kennedy-Affleck ticket for whatever party it's most convenient for RFK to side with at that time. 

Or maybe he just really likes Kick. And if you were wondering how Kick got such a beautiful name, I've come to learn that Kick is named after the sister of President John F. Kennedy, Kathleen Cavendish, Marchioness of Hartington (who was affectionally known as "Kick" because of her "irrepressible nature")

Or maybe this entire thing is made up. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the portion of the article in People where one particular "insider"" claims this entire thing is made up and Ben and Kick don't actually know each other at all.

However, another insider insists, "I don't think they even know each other. There's definitely nothing going on." 

Hell of a bounce back Ben. Good luck in all your future dating endeavors. And be careful with the Kennedy family. Don't fall off the wagon and wind up dead.
