Paris Hilton Going From Baby Voice To Full Blown Man In The Middle Of A Congressional Panel Is One Of The Wilder Videos I've Ever Seen

Source -  Paris Hilton has left fans shocked after she dramatically changed her voice while speaking at a congressional hearing about the need for reforms in the foster and youth rehab system.

The 43-year-old media mogul is known for her iconic, high-pitched vocals, which have often been called a 'baby voice' by fans.

However, while contributing to a congressional panel that focused on improving child welfare protections, the hotel heiress - who most recently spoke out about the devastating child abuse she has suffered at a youth rehabilitation facility - decided to switch up her voice.

In a viral video, Paris was asked by United States Representative Claudia Tenney, 63, to explain how mental health and counseling support could be built into child welfare programs.

In the middle of her discussion, the mom-of-two opted for a deeper tone to tackle the serious topic.  Fans were stunned by the media icon's change of pitch as they even suggested that she should get into politics.

The Video:

Get it, girl! That's how you win over congress. You throw on the baby voice and remind the governing body who you really are! That before Claudia Tenney was representing New York's 24th district, Paris Hilton was running the goddamn country. It was her, LiLo, and Britney Spears...or as the NY Post used to call them, "The Bimbo Summit"...

Those were the days. Back before cell phones were and thing and celebrities could get drunk and openly do cocaine without fear of being photographed like Tommy Smokes…

Now every time they leave the house someones got a camera in their face. Sad.

Anywho, even though I've heard the Paris voice switch before, it's always shocking to witness. Like she literally faked HER VOICE for all those years. She was two different people - Paris Hilton in public…and Paris Hilton in private. Which I understand to a degree, but it's still wild to think about.

Regardless, hopefully her code-switching did the trick and she was able to get her point across. Something tells me that complimenting a congress person's outfit won't hurt her chances. Thanks for reading.
