Man Of The People: Scottie Was Greeted With A Huge Ovation On The Tee, Throws A Dart For Birdie On His First Hole After Getting Arrested

It's not a surprise that Scottie was greeted this way. There's no one out there who is rooting against Scottie. This was as close to a guarantee as possible with Scottie getting arrested, showing back up to the course and rushing through his routine to get to the first tee. He also put out this statement:

Just goes to show you that warming up is overrated. That or just be as good as Scottie and literally nothing matters when you get on the tee. He didn't even hit a great drive. He was in the rough, laid up and then threw a dart. This is how you do it though. He's laughing with Brian Harman walking to two, birdie probably helps. But this is also being a mental assassin. Being able to clear your mind enough to play the most frustrating sport in the world.
