Remember The Florida Joker? Well He'as Suing Rockstar Games For $3,000,000 Because They Used His Likeness In GTA 6

This guy's been making waves on the internet a hot minute, mostly because he loves getting arrested more than any of you half wits love your own mother. Marijuana arrests, gun charges, threatening police, and so on and so forth. You name the law, and chances are the Florida Joker has at least attempted to break it.

And now he's in the news again, this time because he's DEMANDING Rockstar Games, the creator of the Grand Theft Auto series, is apparently using his likeness in both the trailer and in the actual game itself.

Here's the trailer:

And here's a screen shot from the trailer that is causing ol' Joker to lose his goddamn mind:

So like…yeah. That's him. In fact it's 1 billion percent him because there's a bunch of not-so-subtle references to all the weird and wild shit that's happened in that state and gone viral online over the years, like their crocodile (alligator?) problem, for instance:

To be fully transparent, I was coming prepared to construct this blog from the angle that this fellow is a rip off himself. That whoever created Batman should be suing HIS ass.

But nope. This is a shut and closed case. Pay Florida Joker his $3,000,000.00!!!! You can't just up and lift the likeness off people, profit off said likeness and not pay them their due. I don't care that Joker tried to kill cops, is a marijuana addict, or that he's impentinent. Rules are rules and Rockstar needs to fork up his cash.
