The 911 Call From The Pilot Who Ejected From The Lost F-35 Plane Has Been Released - To Say It's Bizarre Sounding Is An Understatement

I know this isn't supposed to be funny, but leading with 'there's a pilot in our house' should get a chuckle out of anyone. He's clearly fine, his back just hurts. But you can hear the confusion from the dispatcher. Uhh, excuse me? A pilot ejected? That threw her for a loop. She for sure didn't have that on her list in terms of what questions to ask and you can hear the confusion from all parties involved.

Now he says thre was aircraft failure, but Jerry blogged this yesterday

I don't mean to go tin foil hat here, but something doesn't seem to be adding up. I'll leave that for Macrodosing though. This blog is strictly about the call. I know I'm not made for the military because 1) I'm a pussy and 2) parachuting 2,000 feet after ejecting from a plane quite litearlly makes me want to shit my pants just thinking about it. Pretty remarkable to get down to a backyard just with a couple scratches if you ask me. My only complaint is I wish this guy is making the call

Need him explaining to a 911 dispatcher what's going on similar to me talking to a mechanic about my car. Yes, I don't know shit about cars. Couldn't even tell you the first thing when something goes wrong with that thing let alone a military plane. That said, I need to know more about the house owner here. What's the reaction when you find out it's a pilot in your backyard? Did he ring the doorbell or did someone see him just drop into the backyard? These are the questions we need answered.
