99.99999999 (repeating) % of campus police are total power tripping hardo assholes – it would appear that NC A&T has found the few that are not. Leave it to an HBC to have chill ass cops who are awesome dancers and get turnt up.

Really hope she does the whip like this every time she hands out a ticket for underage possession or public urination – that would really take the edge off the whole situation.
