It’s been a while since I argued law, jabbered jaw and went tit for tat. But if I remember correctly, the courthouse entrance played a very significant part in all settlements. The guy who slinks in with his head down as booooooos and LIARS rain down on him is usually pretty fucked when the other guy walks in with an infectious smile, perfect posture, and a puffed out chest as he’s hailed a hero. Body language says it all. Which one of those guys do you trust? The man who’s clearly a little rat, hiding from the light of truth or the man exuding confidence? That’s the one who usually wins.
