Secret Weapon: Eminem Makes His Case To Play For The Lions By Showing Up To Their Practice And Claiming He's Great At Every Position

A little spoiler for next week's Hard Knocks is Eminem is in attendance. Makes sense. He is Detroit. It seems like a very on brand thing for Dan Campbell to do too, bring him in to practice. But now we have Eminem looking for his one opportunity, his one shot if you will. He thinks the Lions are going to be good and wants to be part of it. Let him be on the 53-man roster and stand on the sidelines. Where's the harm? Maybe he's an elite gunner in special teams, you never know. He claims he's great at every position which could help with questions about Jared Goff. 

The Lions should embrace Eminem. Take him up on his offer and get him to put on a concert at every home game. You need him for Thanksgiving at a minimum. The whole word is watching the Lions during that game. The only two options are Creed or Eminem. 

I actually want to see this happen. So many regular people or celebs wanting some action and relive the glory days. Let him suit up for practice. Em claims he can play any position? Get him on the line. Him vs Hutch 1v1. Again, make a showing out of it. At the minimum you get people talking about your practice and that feels like a win.
