Movie Death Match Tournament: Finals
After four rounds and not one negative comment about the competitors, we have finally made it to the championshp of this Movie Character Death Match Tournament. Here are the rules.
Rules:
- Seeding and opening matchups are drawn at random. Sometimes you have a beatdown in the first round, sometimes you have a matchup of two powerhouses, like Clippers/Spurs in the playoffs this year.
- Each matchup is a fight to the death.
- Competitors are allowed to bring any item that is generally associated with them. Example: Batman would have all his gadgets, Link would have his sword, Indiana Jones would have a whip, etc. The items the fighters have will be noted in the blog.
- Tie-breakers are decided by a coin flip.

Tale of the Tape: Indy comes in with his whip and an IQ of about 160. Maximus has his sword, armor, and the anger of being father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. The United States vs. the Roman empire. American ingenuity vs. Roman brawn. Two Hall of Fame movie characters battling to the death. Who. Ya. Got?
