First of all, funniest goal of all time. It was perfect. The fact that Japan didn’t walk off the field after that is a goddamn miracle. Or at least put in a different goalie. Is that a thing in soccer like it is in hockey? It should be because there was no coming back after that. You just can’t. What the hell was she doing? Hilarious. Second, awesome goal call. Yeah, it’s pretty much exactly the same as every other Spanish goal call but it’s still great. So simple yet so effective. Just scream “GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL” for a long as you possibly can and then scream it again when you catch your breath. It’s gotta make the guy’s job a little easier too. He always knows what to do when somebody scores a goal. No pressure to make it special or unique. Just give the people what they want and what they want is yelling.
