Can you even arrest a guy for this? I feel like everyone should get until the parade to do whatever they want. Once the parade is done then you have to go back to being a regular human being. Up until that point, every man, woman, and child should get to drink and celebrate however they want as long as they don’t intentionally hurt anyone.
