Take A Coffee Break For This Really Awkward Philly Police Foot Chase
First off, 'Take A Coffee Break For This...' is my take on the classic 'Wake Up With' blog. Still lazy & mindless but it fits a little better after 10am & I hope you enjoyed the variation.
Second, I've never seen an on-foot police chase where both sides could care less than that.

It almost seemed like the officer was a bit relieved when the guy jumped on the hood of that car, which also took off sort of half-assedly. You can see a block away that car slows down & hangs out again like, "Do I need to keep going, or…?" And then the cop car that zips up has the same energy. "Fuckin' A. Do we really need to do this right now? " The whole thing felt more like a scripted action scene from Reno 911.
Following two nights of violent unrest and the current climate in Philadelphia I understand the exhaustion.
