I genuinely can't think of a better way to spend your lunch break than watching all thirteen minutes and forty-three seconds of this video. I mean who does that? Fake business? It wasn't even a joke either he was dead serious. He had a relationship with that real estate agent and fully convinced him he was going to buy that place. The level of confidence he had on the phone was astonishing. I get that he used to sell sub-prime mortgages for a living so he kind of knows the business but still, what a wild thing to do. 

Having said that, I feel like we've all done a little fake business, right? Maybe you've gone to see an apartment you couldn't afford or test drove a car you knew you weren't going to buy. That's just part of being an adult- pretending to be just a tadddd but more successful than you are. Oh well. Hopefully that guy was able to sell his building. Chalk this one up as another win for Tim Dillon.
