Woman Stabs Girl In The Eye With A Fork Over Eating The Last Rib

Daily Mail – A barbecue lover allegedly stabbed another woman in the eye with a fork in a dispute over the last rib at a cookout over Memorial Day weekend. Sabrina A. Davis, 45, was arrested on Sunday night on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness. The woman was attending a barbecue in Muncie, Indiana, when she raised the ire of the host’s daughter. Davis had apparently enraged her hosts by ‘taking the last rib from the kitchen’, according to an affidavit.  Davis told police that the daughter accused her of ‘taking all the food,’ so she stabbed her in the eye. The weapon was a fork that Davis had allegedly been using to take food from the pan.  The victim suffered two cuts to her eyelid as well as a swollen and bloodshot eye, according to thestarpress.com. Davis maintained she acted in self-defense and that the homeowner’s daughter was brandishing a knife. The woman was in the Delaware County jail on $5,000 bond as of Tuesday.
