Magic Johnson Had To Get A Restraining Order Against Some Dude Who Was Convinced Magic Stole His Entire Identity

[TMZ] - According to Magic’s legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Frazier started sending correspondence to Magic's personal and business addresses, demanding money and making wild claims that Magic stole documents from Frazier and, ultimately, stole Frazier’s identity.

Magic’s staff tried to ignore the demands, but Frazier's contacts became increasingly frequent — until they were getting bizarre voicemails almost every week. On some of those calls, Frazier claimed he was with the FBI and that if Magic didn't do what he wanted, he would physically harm Magic and his staff. Magic characterizes the behavior as a form of “stalking," saying he feared for his and others' safety.

Obviously this is a little scary because you're talking about stalking and restraining orders, etc. But imagine claiming that Magic Johnson stole your identity. Feel like that should be the other way around, since, you know Magic is Magic. Think I'd take the Hall of Fame career, the wild sex stories and just being the most likable guy on Twitter. You gotta be a real cocky or crazy son of a bitch to claim Magic stole your identity. He's one of the most well-known people in the world.

Honestly, it's not even the getting into the building or anything like that. The fact that Magic and his employees had to listen to voicemails each week is enough. Getting a voicemail sucks. Getting a call sucks. Just start texting them man. I don't care if you're clearly a crazy person claiming you're with the FBI and that Magic stole your identity. The moment you get back to back voicemails you have to know you're dealing with a crazy person.

But really what if Magic stole this guy's Twitter shtick? That's an identity I'd be willing to listen to. We already know that Magic apparently has someone type out the tweets for him, maybe it's not just him.

PS: This might be his best tweet yet
