Get Your Day Started With Ivan Provorov's Filthy OT Game Winner Against Montreal
November 30th. That was 258 days ago and it feels like a lifetime. A lot has changed in the world since that night but one thing has remained constant--Ivan Provorov completely dunking on the Montreal Canadiens organization. I mean what a filthy, grotesque tuck this was from Flowvorov.
Coast-to-coast. Little flip of the hips exiting the zone while Provy dissects the defense and picks out his victim. Locks in on that 4th line plug Max Domi as the poor soul he's about to abuse. Through the legs, kicks it off his skate, power move to the front of the net and stuffs it past Kinkaid. Just a sick goal from start to finish.
And that's where the Flyers have the clear advantage here. The Flyers are a hard-working, grind it out type of team for sure, but the Habs also work their ass off. The Flyers have a legitimate stud in between the pipes in Carter Hart, but the Habs also have Carey Price. But the Flyers just have so much more skill than Montreal, and that's why they're going to survive this series. Poor Max Domi knows this all too well.
