The World Surf League Wipeouts Of The Year Are A Nice Reminder To Just Stick To Your Tiny Little Baby Waves This Summer
The Jersey Shore isn't exactly the pinnacle of big wave surfing. It's not even the pinnacle of medium wave surfing. And you know what? I'll take a day full of knee high waves over getting bundled by this behemoth every day of the week.
You know that saying "go big or go home"? I'm a go home guy 10 times out of 10. I'm man enough to admit that I'm not man enough to hop in a body of water that looks that angry. But a nice 2' swell on a longboard and you don't have to worry about fighting for your life just to get your head above water after a wipeout? Heck yes. Everything else I'll just leave to the sick bastards out there who have absolutely zero fear.
