Sounds Like The NHL Is Going BACK To The Olympics
The NHL and the NHLPA continue to get things done. Of all the negotiations and the news breaking in the past couple months, this might be my favorite overall. The Winter Olympics are GARBAGE without the NHL. Literally zero people watched the games last time in Korea because nobody cared because the players were guys who couldn't sniff the NHL in 2018. Now, the NHL is sending the prime time guys back to the games. The NHL might be able to swing some sort of streaming deal with China and unleash a new market and the players get to either represent their country or get a nice two week vacation in the middle of the season. Win-win-win.
