Thursday Morning Motivation: Bartolo Colon Hit A Home Run Four Years Ago Today
I'm not one to do anniversary blogs that aren't round years unless they are massive moments in history. But I think Big Sexy going big fly fits into that category. I'm not just talking about baseball history or sports history. But the history of mankind and the universe. Sure it may have crushed James Shields' spirit. But it lifted the souls of everyone that saw it happen live or on many, many replays. There are lots of things to be bummed about these days. But whenever you get down, just remember the time Bartolo Colon made the impossible happen that fateful night in San Diego. It reminds us of all that once was good, and it could be again.
