April 23rd Workout: That Cardio Just Bent Me Over And Gave Me The Business But I'm Officially Down 20 Pounds

Happy Draft Day! I'm super pumped up about two things today. One is the NFL Draft, I've always been a mock draft enthusiast. I don't care if Todd McShay or your little sister made the mock draft I will spend an hour on the shitter reading them until my legs fall asleep. The second thing I'm pumped about is I'm officially down 20 pounds. It's been a hard fought battle but it's only the beginning. My first goal was to get to 300 or less by May 6th, one month from when I started working out and dieting and I think I've put myself in a spot to reach that goal. It would be the first time I've been under 300 pounds since I was a 17 year old senior in high school. It's so close I can taste it and every pound I lose it just makes me that much hungrier to lose another one. Shout out DJ Khaled. The diet has been going as strong as ever. I've been drinking nothing but water and sticking to my post workout meal of two egg whites and one slice of Ezekiel toast with organic peanut butter. If I snack it's a small amount of non salted almonds or a piece of fruit and for dinner its white meat with a starch and vegetable baby! I'm all in on this shit. Shoutout to everyone that's been supporting me on this journey and everyone who still talks shit and calls me a fat fuck. You both motivate me equally in different ways. I love you all.
