Who Is Casimir Pulaski?

I interviewed a historian at the Polish Museum of America last year to talk about Casimir Pulaski and since today is Pulaski Day I figured why not run it back. If you were ever curious about the guy and wondered why only Chicago and certain East coasts cities celebrate him here it is:
