Video: Final Thoughts On The Last Eagles Game Of The Season
Well. If you're a football expert like me you're probably thinking, "Gee, that game was a lot like the Race Kart scene in 1994's Little Rascals".
There were so many injuries that the Eagles started out worse for wear even before the game started.
And just when we thought things couldn't get stacked up against us any more... we lost Wentz to a shady-ass, low-down move.
It was all downhill from there. Even though backup QB Josh McCown put up a noble effort, all of our attempts to gain a lead were brutally rebuffed.
By the second half we were barely hanging on...
And though in Lil Rascals it ends up working out for the underdogs.... it didn't work out for THEE Underdogs this year. We couldn't see through the haze of misfortune to make it happen.
But that's alright... We'll be back next year better than ever. For now all we can do is keep the faith, keep our eyes on next year, & hope for the best.
Also, I had some wine during the game and I'm going to use that as an excuse for this post. I'm sorry.
