Alright we're back.
Slob Gate resulted in one of the great punishments in Barstool history and that was before Ellie stole the show.
Having WSD read play-by-play to the Yankees crew was downright terrifying but at the same time captivating. I was on record saying I hadn't anticipated a baseball game like that since the Cubs were last in the playoffs. The idea of the Yankee crew suffering at the hands of WSD was too good to be true. Dip spit spilling on the floor while he's gassing beers and talking shit to Big Ev about Ohio State football. It was too good to be true.
But seriously though.
WSD's flight got cancelled because of course it did which thus created two amazing moments.
1. Ellie steals the show
2. Everyone feels bad for WSD
And this is where it all starts to swing back. A Bridge Crossed Too Far. People put themselves in his shoes. Flying to New York to be told to Fuck Off by Ethan Kamps while everyone else sits 50 feet away upstairs laughing their asses off. Then back to Chicago on the same day just because. BARF. These days are OVA:
Put it officially on record that this was the moment WSD was about to skyrocket. He took this on the chin like a baseball player and it set him up for what everyone is calling the greatest moment in WSD history.
