You know De Blasio is just settling in to office and as like 5 million things to do and one of his aides came to him like “Mr. Mayor…we need to appoint a commissioner of youth and community development!” and De Blasio was like “Huh? Commissioner of who? Development of what?? Just fucking give it to the one eyed dude with the Asian last name. I don’t give a shit.”
