Clemson Safety Isaiah Simmons Would Love To Be Paid "A Little Bit More"

Image and likeness is the debate of the current moment in the NCAA sphere. Should players be allowed to be paid for their image by say a local car dealership? I say yes and so does future 1st-round draft pick, Isaiah Simmons:

The quote that is interesting here is not that Simmons would like to be paid, but instead be paid MORE.

Alabama fans everywhere:

Now, of course, Mr. Simmons is talking about the stipend every player gets at the beginning of each semester. I’d bet it’s around $4,000. Not bad. However, we (allegedly) know that Mr. Simmons is getting a lot more than just his stipend. That goes for every single top tier college football player.

If you want a simple fix for all of this? Just allow the players to be paid. We won’t be so taboo about it. Until then, we’ll joke about it. Hopefully, it happens sooner than later.
