Tyson Fury & Braun Strowman Got Into A Locker Room Clearing Brawl On RAW
Following a confrontational encounter on Friday Night SmackDown, lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury took to the ring last night on Monday Night RAW to DEMAND AN APOLOGY from Braun Strowman – but if you’ve watched professional wrestling for more than two seconds in your life, you knew he wasn’t getting that.
“The Gypsy King” actually sounded more comfortable on the mic than Braun Strowman did, which may or may not be surprising to you, and the two obviously set up a match of some sort here, which is fucking awesome. I’ll mark out for a locker room clearing brawl any time it happens. What ISN’T awesome is that this match is likely happening in Saudi Arabia at the end of the month (along with Cain Velasquez’s debut), soooooooo that sorta kills most of the interest in it. I’m not sure there’s ever been a good match on one of those shows, and they’ve proven to have no real effect on anything, but hey – I don’t wanna spend all this time complaining. We’ve got Tyson Fury cutting promos and getting into brawls on WWE television. That’s pretty fucking awesome.
Shoutout to “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Mike Tyson for the GOAT pull-apart brawl in wrestling history, one that felt extremely real…
By the way – while I know those fists are deadly, you gotta lay ‘em in a little better than THAT, Tyson…
