How Was Auburn Not Penalized For Targeting Bully The Bulldog From Mississippi State?

This is a JOKE. Football is dead because nobody can tackle anybody without a penalty being thrown and then this guy clearly targets Bully and doesn’t get a penalty thrown against him? Is Auburn paying off the refs?
