A Modeling Agent Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Has Vanished Like a 'Ghost'
Source – A millionaire model agency boss thought to have vital evidence about the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal has vanished.
Investigators who want to interview Frenchman Jean-Luc Brunel, 72, say he is a “ghost who has disappeared without trace”.
It is understood enquires are being made in Brazil, the US and Europe.
French prosecutors have opened their own inquiry into the crimes of American financier Epstein, 66. …
Brunel, who helped found the New York model agency MC2 and is credited with finding supermodels such as Christy Turlington, has strenuously denied any wrongdoing. …
Brunel, who also lived in the city, was known to be scouring Brazil for new talent until early this summer.
French prosecutors this month opened a preliminary inquiry into whether Epstein sexually abused French minors. Authorities say it is “urgent” Brunel is interviewed.
But one Paris legal source said: “He is a ghost who has disappeared without trace.” …
They added: “There is no address for him, all his internet accounts, including social media, have been wiped out. He is uncontactable.”
And – Epstein had invested $1 million to help launch Brunel’s Miami-based modeling firm MC2 in return for a “supply of girls on tap,” according to one lawsuit — even allegedly sending him three 12-year-old girls as a sick birthday present.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of Epstein’s longtime accusers, alleged in court papers that Brunel “farmed out” modeling hopefuls to Epstein and that she was also forced to have sex with the model agency boss.
I suppose for legal, ethical and ass-covering reasons, I should probably point out again that this guy Jean Luc Brunel has stated he’s done nothing wrong and he hasn’t been charged with anything and that you can put any accusation you want in a lawsuit, it doesn’t make them true. So are we clear on that? Got it? Good. Moving on. …
Now for the reason of saving my own soul I should point out that this stinks to high heaven. First Jeffrey Epstein dies in his jail cell of “suicide.” The most wanted, scrutinized man in America. The man voted “Most Likely to Wind Up on the Business End of a Prison Bed Sheet” in the 2019 Penal System yearbook, dies mysteriously. Then, in a zany, madcap coincidence, both surveillance cameras outside his cell malfunctioned. And now this head of a modeling agency with close ties to Epstein – a fact not in dispute, is wanted for questioning by investigators but, as they say, turns up missing.
Think about how hard it is to go off the grid like this. Even if you want to not be found, not being found is damned near impossible in an increasingly cashless world. Jason Bourne couldn’t make himself “uncontactable” in 2019. Purchases can all be flagged. Cell phones can be tracked. Facial recognition software is becoming the new patrol cop. License plates can be spotted by highway cameras. And that’s just if you’re some ordinary slob who wants to ditch his wife or whatever. Not a guy who’s involved in the biggest investigation in the Western world right now.
A guy who potentially has knowledge about a pedophile ring that involves billionaires, world leaders, royals, business titans and celebrities can’t just fall out of contact by accident. If Epstein’s child-molesting fuckface associates wanted him found because he owed them money or something, he’d be found. My guess is he never will be. And this will be just another dead end.
Whether that means literally “dead” or just hiding out in villa in Brazil in exchange for his silence, your guess is as good as mine. I’m just going to go with what Michael Corleone told Tom Hagen. It’s that if anything in this life is certain, if history has taught us anything, it’s that you can kill anyone.
Difficult, but not impossible. And on this note, it seems like as good a time as any to state categorically I have no information at all about any of this. Especially dirt on any very wealthy and powerful individuals, living or dead.
