[Source] - A man was arrested at a Kentucky Walmart store, accused in an unusual drunken-driving case.
Laurel County deputies arrested Steve Eaton after they said he drove one of Walmart’s motorized scooters while drunk. After investigating, the sheriff’s office reported that Eaton allegedly stole a total of 10 shopping carts from three other local stores
In a shocking upset this happened in neither Florida or Ohio. I mean I’m not surprised this happened in Kentucky. I believe the motorized scooter is the second most common method of transportation in my beloved Commonwealth after a horse.
But 10 scooters? What are you doing with those? All I know is right after I saw this story, two clips came to mind right away.
I’m not sure which one applies more here. I picture my guy Steve just counting like LeBron as cops figure out how many scooters he’s stolen. Just grinning from ear to ear and like the Heat, not winning that many championships. At the same time I picture the cops talking to each other and one guy for sure dropping the ‘who steals 30 bags of lunches’ quote.
Of course this happened at a Walmart though. That was the easiest bet on the board.
