I'm All In On The Conor McGregor Bandwagon

Let me start this blog off by saying I’m not a hardcore MMA fan. I’m a sports fan. If you put a sport on TV I will watch it over almost anything else. So that’s why last night when I was dying on the couch I stumbled upon a UFC event and Conor McGregor. I know I know, he’s already well known to MMA fans, but I’m writing this blog for guys like me, who don’t usually watch MMA. And the message is simple. Get on board the Conor McGregor bandwagon ASAP because he is awesome to watch. The guy he fought last night was clearly over-matched but it was still awesome, that’s how you know he passes the test. The attitude, the accent, the toying with with his opponent, the running into the crowd after the fight to challenge the guy he will fight next, Jose Aldo, all of it.

And, not for nothing but any guy with an Irish or English accent is immediately hilarious in my book. Don’t even know what the fuck he was talking about but I was in. He’s like William Wallace’s Irish friend mixed with every guy from Snatch but in real life. Get on board and get on board now. Conor McGregor is the total package.
