Must Watch - Frank The Tank Broke His Tooth During Last Night's Mets Rant
Last night the Mets had a catastrophic loss. Edwin Diaz, who was labeled the best closer in baseball before the Mets orange and blue stank poisoned him like Venom putting on his Symbiote suit, gave up 4 in the 9th without recording an out other than the game winning sac fly. The Mets were on the verge of ensuring a split with the best team in the NL, and would have given themselves a chance to take 3 out of 4 and catapult them through the rest of this west coast swing. And when I say on the verge, I mean a 98.03 chance of winning. And then Mickey Callaway tossed Edwin Diaz there to die and the Mets suffered their worst loss of the season.
But it wasnt even Edwin Diaz that took the biggest L last night. Not Edwin, not Mickey, not even the Mets as a team. It was poor Frank Fleming. Who broke his toofed. Again. If you notice Frank said “another tooth” implying that this is at least some sort of regular occurrence. The Mets having been figuratively killing their fanbase for decades, and now apparently they are literally killing them. Poor Frank Fleming’s teeth are falling out of his goddam head. Its gonna be a long goddam season if we’re doing body decay before June. The Mets are gonna be a roller coaster all year long and if we got rotten teeth already, I’m scared for whats gonna happen by September.
