Vladimir Putin Is The Greatest Hockey Player To Ever Step Foot On Earth

MOSCOW – Russian President Vladimir Putin scored eight goals in an exhibition ice-hockey game with former NHL players.

The Russian leader took to the ice on Friday in what has become an annual tradition. He played on the “Legends” team alongside Russian hockey stars such as Slava Fetisov and Pavel Bure.

Putin got the puck across the goal line eight times. His teammate, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, scored three goals.

The opposing team was made up of high-profile amateur players, including Putin’s childhood friend, tycoon Gennady Timchenko, billionaire Vladimir Potanin and several Russian governors.

The greatest hockey player to ever walk the earth, Vladimir Putin, put on a show last night and scored 8 goals in a pick-up hockey game that involved former NHL stars Pavel Bure and Slava Fetisov.

When you think about, it is pretty amazing that this guy opted to rule a country rather than play hockey for a living. Some guys never score 8 goals in a game at any level. Putin does it every time he steps on the ice. You can’t teach that kind of stuff.

Unfortunately, scoring goals is a gift that not all of us hockey players are born with. Putin? The guys wakes up in the morning and does one thing….score goals. There is a chance Russian forward Alexander Ovechkin breaks the all-time goal record and I think it’s pretty obvious he has one person to thank if/when he does and that is Vladimir “The Great One” Putin.
