Early Scenes From Barstool HQ 2.0
Real exciting day. New office. I had a big part in the design so I was extra excited to see how it came out. To no one’s surprise it’s not even close to finished yet and we are once again working in a live construction zone.
But I’m not complaining. This is my second office ever in my whole life so I’m pumped to be here.
Walked in around 7, nice and early to get a jump on the day.
Took a little tour of the 3rd floor, which is VERY official and has a conference room like you see in Bond movies. Came back down and Jeff D. Lowe was hard at work making himself at home with his dolls.
Set up the new Blog Central, loving my desk (I picked the desks out by the way, feelin my aesthetic) (they didn’t let me get dividers which is kind of weird and they cut my chair budget so we have pretty bad chairs but again I’m not complaining.)
Where the magic happens.
My guy Spider came in dressed up for the first day and it is absolutely adorable.
Setting the tone, I like it. Good kid.
Trent settled in to the official BIC League spot, while Riggs could barely contain his excitement.
Queen Erika finally has an office worthy of a CEO. Wonder if Dave will notice it’s approximately 1,200 square feet bigger than his.
Finally, couldn’t post this without some Tommy Thoughts.
Looking forward to establishing my friendship with that weirdo.
Overall the office is sick. Once it’s actually built and not a live construction site it will be even sicker – once the bar gets finished, the lounge with the flat screens, the big ass kitchen.
HQ 2.0 – the dawn of a new era (not really, nothing is gonna change, we’re literally 2 blocks away from the old office.)
