You Have To Be A Legit Crazy Person To Challenge The Jokic Brothers To A Fight Like Bobby Portis Did Last Night
OK a lot to digest here. Things obviously were a little heated in last night’s Nuggets/Wizards game, mostly surrounding Jokic getting tossed in a pretty soft manner
Already a little testy, this interaction most likely comes as a result of this play earlier from Portis which is tough luck but honestly happens from time to time in an NBA ga.e
Now this is important because once the game ended you see Bobby Portis and Jordan McCrae getting into it with two Nuggets fans, only they aren’t just any old fans. Those dudes are Jokic’s brothers, who may I remind you are absolutely terrifying human beings. You may remember from a few weeks ago when Jokic last got tossed, they were not thrilled
Now I’ve sat next to Jokic’s brother once before, it was last season when the Nuggets played the Timberwolves in the last game of the year where the winner went on to make the playoffs. When I say this man is a real life Mountain, I’m not kidding. Obviously next to normal people any giant human will give off this vibe, but this dude was making NBA players looks tiny. Just an absolute Serbian unit. If you don’t know much about Jokic’s two brothers there’s a pretty interesting feature on them from a few seasons ago
Listen I don’t know much, but I feel like it’s a bad life decision to mess with Serbian beasts. Of all the players in the league to do this of course it was Crazy Eyes Bobby Portis, because he’s just crazy enough to partake in such a battle. Chances are he had no idea who these two were and probably thought they were just some normal asshole fans, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. One of the brother’s is 6’6, the other 6’8 and they have that Eastern European strength that is just too much of a risk to deal with. The same way how we hear stories of Jusurf Nurkic’s Dad being this 400lb cop in Bosnia and how he beat the shit out of 14 people in a fight. You just don’t mess with these cats.
Again, I fully understand how Bobby Portis is a crazy person in his own right, and that’s really the only explanation for his actions, but I am almost certain not even he wants this smoke. This isn’t like getting to punch Nikola Mirotic or anything like that. These guys don’t exactly come off as NBA soft in my opinion, and I’m not sure Bobby Portis makes that same mistake again if he truly knew who those two were.
If he did and still didn’t give shit? Well we need to book these guys for the next Rough N Rowdy immediately.
