For Some Reason Michael Bennett Exchanged Words With A CBS Cameraman After The Eagles Loss
Eh, Mike. I get it. Immediately after that loss, you were emotional. I was emotional. The whole Philadelphia sports universe was emotional. Nobody wants a camera in their grill in those depressing moments*. It’s best to just take it into the locker room and not say anything, especially not to some poor CBS schmuk who was literally just doing his job. Even if the cameraman said anything antagonistic, which by accounts he didn’t, just take the tank-top-uni off the field and don’t give people the ammo. Nothing got physical (thank GOD), but still, only negative things can be speculated from this unnecessary exchange. Live and learn, Michael. Live and learn.
*Yes. It sucks. Royally. Especially at an angle that reveals you having a first class gobbler under your chin. Definitely not ideal or flattering.
PS – Love the camera guy 100 meter sprint in to get a picture then immediately play coy when Bennett turns around in his direction. If he kept on taking pictures he would’ve been eaten alive. Veteran cameraman move to be sheepish.
