PHILLY – Every Wednesday evening from now until August 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., 80 city bars and restaurants bestow drink and appetizer specials through Center City Sips. Sippers can enjoy $5 cocktails, $4 wine, $3 beer and half-priced appetizers from any participating venue.
