LeBron Calling Michael Jordan God Is Absolutely Disgusting
[ESPN] – “It was godly,” James said. “I’ve said that over and over before, but it was like meeting God for the first time. That’s what I felt like as a 16-year-old kid when I met MJ.”
I’ll be honest. This quote disgusts me. I don’t want to hear LeBron calling Jordan God as he gets ready to pass him in scoring. I don’t want him playing into the Twitter crowd that screams about Jordan and how LeBron will never be in the same category of a player as him. I need LeBron to be more honest and throw a jab at him.
I mean, that’s what Jordan would do, right?
Don’t get me wrong, I get it. He’s talking about meeting Jordan as a 16-year old and how Jordan was his idol. There’s no shame in that. But, we’re now talking about 33 year old LeBron. I need that guy to talk about how he wants to pass Jordan and wants to rub it in his face.
The article goes on to talk about how LeBron plans on owning a team down the road. I need that to happen. But, I need him to get into an owner war with Jordan. Give the people what they want since they couldn’t play at the same time. Give me both of them refusing trade offers, low balling each other and trying to screw each other by trading with others.
Just stop calling him a God. Insult him one time for me, LeBron.
