As A Non-Cowboys Fan, Is There A Fund Or Charity That Benefits Jerry Jones Living Forever?

PFT – Cowboys owner Jerry Jones gave quarterback Dak Prescott his full support after Prescott turned the ball over twice in Monday night’s 28-14 loss to the Titans and he isn’t feeling any different about the third-year starter on Tuesday. Jones said on Monday that nothing about Prescott’s performance against Tennessee changed his view about Prescott’s future with the organization. On Tuesday, Jones made it very clear what that future entails from his point of view. “Listen, Dak is the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys,” Jones said on 105.3 The Fan, via Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. “He’s young and he’s going to get extended.”

As long as Jerry Jones is breathing (and maybe even when he stops), he will in full control of the Dallas Cowboys. And if you think Al Davis was among The Walking Dead while leading his Raiders into hell during his final years, just wait till Jer hits 100. You ain’t seen nothing yet. Gleefully, Jones never relinquishing his ‘Boys also means Jason Garrett, a head coach with 1 playoff win in 9 seasons, will continue to be “In Charge” of the team. However, there was no certainly in Jones’ loyalty to outrageously average QB Dak Prescott…till now. And I love it. I absolutely LOVE it.

Boy oh boy, the thought of a Jason Garrett/Dak Prescott future makes it move to the moon as an Eagles fan. And it’s not even Dak’s fault. The 4th round surprise rookie subbed in for an injured Tony Romo in 2016 and never looked back. He performed beyond adequately that year to lead the Cowboys to a 13-3 season, home field advantage in the NFC, and a home playoff loss. So, naturally, one season of mediocre success means a lifetime of support from Jer’ and his people. The fact that Jason Garrett hasn’t been fired, drawn, and quartered through Fort Worth multiple times over tells ya all you need to know about the Cowboys organization. Jerry needs his patsy.

Now somebody get Jerry some Glory Hole! He has that perspective.

PS – Here’s 18-min intricately explaining why Dak, and Dallas as a whole, sucks. Enjoy!
