Now We Have Odell Beckham Sr. Taking Shots At John Mara On Instagram With A Hilarious Video Of Mara Throwing His Chair Like An Angry Child

CUE THE MUSIC!!!

Congratulations everyone, we have officially made it to the surreal part of the Giants season where you read the headlines three times and can’t believe it is real life. Whoever had Week 7 in the pool, come collect your winnings of a gallon of bleach and a beer funnel!

I’ll be honest, I knew when Odell re-signed with the Giants, shit would pop off sooner or later. But I didn’t think it would be in the first half of the first season or that our owner would be fighting a 2-front war against different Odell Beckhams as a literal #Watergate situation breaks out in the media. Egg on my face I guess.

However, I am not going to cry about my team being a drama magnet again. You know why? Well one, because I cuncelled da saeson last week and we have moved on to Justin Herbert. And two, because we now have this glorious video of John Mara throwing that chair like a petulant child after criticizing Odell for his sideline antics. If you can’t laugh at the irony and hilarity of that, you don’t have a funny bone in your body. Two days ago I said that the highlight of the 2018 Giants season would be Bill Belichick saying that Khalil Mack isn’t in the same class as Lawrence Taylor. And I stand by that. But this gif of John Mara fighting a chair to a draw is a lock for the silver medal unless Saquon does some Tecmo Bo shit during a game, which admittedly is always a possibility.

Hopefully next time there is a controversy involving Odell or any other Giants player, and based recent history there will be, John Mara can keep his comments in-house instead of riling up the hornets nest by talking to the media days after it blows over. If you aren’t sure if it has blown over or if you should talk to the media about your player, please follow these very simple instructions.

Also shout out to the OG ODB for crediting the original source of that video while also dropping the #imafather1st hashtag. I feel like you can say anything online if you start your post off with #imafather1st. It’s like dad strength for social media. Gonna keep that one in my back pocket for the next time Barstool is involved in an online mud fight against another company. If Mr. Beckham Sr. wants to has this out further on Podfathers, he has an open invitation.
