"Any One of Us Could’ve Been This Guy Who Got Tased For Cheating the Water Cup System" by Rocky Taverna

“When confronted by an employee who informed him that he had to pay for the cup of soda he refused and left out one of the entrances,” Welsh said, KGVO reported. “The employee followed him, told him that he was not welcome back then he turned and came back towards the employee and tried to kick that person before walking away again.”

Stine had fled the restaurant when police arrived, but officers spotted him entering another restaurant nearby and followed him into the restroom where he had gone to hide.

According to police officers, once authorities found Stine in the bathroom the man began to resist arrest and officers shocked him with a stun gun.

We’ve all been there. Usually, I go for the sprite, or maybe even the lemonade if I’m feeling a little frisky. I am man enough to admit that the thought of a Chipotle employee noticing the brown tint of my water cup and consequentially calling me out in front of the entire restaurant always deters me from going to the darker side of the soda spectrum.

However, never in a trillion years would I expect a trip to fill my belly and score a free juice to end with 50,000 volts coursing through my pathetic veins.

Should Daniel maybe not have kicked that fast food employee after being asked to leave and never come back? Perhaps not. Perhaps he should have hung his head and left the establishment with a little more dignity and a little less electricity rattling around his soul. “Perhaps he should have given up,” they’ll say.

Not me. Not I.

Never give up, Danny. Keep fighting the good fight.
